Return Policy

1. Return Period You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Courses 
• 4. Proof of Purchase A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

7. Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: North American Saddlery School, 11655 Rocky Meadow Rd, Clear Spring, MD 21722. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• North American Saddlery School is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

• North American Saddlery School is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

• We currently do not ship outside or North America.
