Return Policy
1. Return Period You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Courses
- 4. Proof of Purchase A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

7. Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: North American Saddlery School, 11655 Rocky Meadow Rd, Clear Spring, MD 21722. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
